Ryan Hader
President & CEO
Ryan is the founder and driving force behind iAERO. A dedicated aviation enthusiast and private pilot, he founded Icarus Aerospace (now iAERO) with the vision of delivering custom, mission-specific engineering solutions that are otherwise unavailable in the market.
Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a full-service aerospace engineering firm offering end-to-end solutions. Ryan emphasizes innovation that matters—specializing in surveillance systems, mission equipment integration, medevac installations, and custom cabin modifications.
Ryan leads from the front: as a Transport Canada DAO manager and delegated engineer, he guides the company’s internal certification capabilities across cabin interiors, avionics, structural components, and more.
