Engineering Repair Approvals
ICARUS has extensive delegation through its Transport Canada Design Approval Organization (17-O-02) certification. This range of delegation encompasses a large variety of topics including (but not inclusive); structures, mechanical systems, electrical/avionics systems, flammability, and cabin safety. Specializing in structural repairs including, composite structures, all aircraft structures, AD and AMOC requirements. Contact us for your repair needs.
AOG Support / Maintenance
Understanding the critical aircraft problems our customers face our team of individuals are skilled in every facet of aircraft repair and are available for around the clock support. Component(s) pickup can be arranged at your convenience and repairs can be done and completed around the clock with supporting documentation. It is our mission to work quickly with your team to understand and develop an approved repair plan to allow you uninterrupted service. We are happy to discuss your urgent aircraft service needs and how we can help with your AOG component or project.
Component Repair and Overhaul
Working directly with accredited AMOs, we have the capability to repair and overhaul all aircraft components. We offer full sheet metal and welding capabilities for working with all component repairs. We work with advanced composite structures and offer full composite solutions for all composite repairs. Offering full design and approvals for all parts repairs enable us to repair extensively damaged components outside of typical SRM limits. In many cases we are able to offer repairs to components that other repair stations are unable to service and we successfully return the components to service.
